Battery Isolator

I started the engine today and it ran great.  While I was gone, I did a few things.  One thing I did was replace the battery isolator.  This thing is simple but important.  It allows the house batteries (the VmaxTanks) and the chassis battery (for engine starter) to charge, but keeps them separated when discharging.  If I use up the house batteries, I’ll still be able to start the engine.  If the chassis battery goes dead, I can press this momentary switch, under the dash, that will connect the house and chassis batteries together.  If the house batteries and the chassis battery lose their charge, well, I have a problem, best I don’t let that happen.
