I’ll be here a bit longer. I purchased a month here and so I’ll be here until May 17th. I needed this long break because I pushed myself too fast. Also I’m still waiting out the winter weather up north. There isn’t much to talk about until I’m back on the road again, on the road again, someone should write a song about being on the road again. Cost for one month: $500.00
It rained all night. So I did the 2-1/2 degree tilt thing and slept sound all night. All I have been doing is read, eat, sleep and researching for my next camp.
You may be getting April showers; Delta UT is getting April snow! It was very windy yesterday gusting to 60 mph. It was warm and the wind was coming from the south and so I set out my chair on the north side of the beast (my motorhome) for some reading. Oh no, what was that, someone’s tent went flying over the top of the beast! Even with the wind, I got a long, no interruption sleep, I feel great today. I peeked out the window this morning and snow!
I’m going stay here for awhile. I like it here and it’s still winter farther north. I noticed there are not as many boondocking opportunities as down south. That’s OK, I like it here and I feel welcomed. That’s something I’ve noticed about myself, I see myself at home where I park and it’s important to feel welcomed.
I’m now camped at Antelope Valley RV Park in Delta UT with full hook-ups, it’s nice here. The park hosts are nice people. Last night it got cold enough to freeze my water hose. It snowed in Beaver UT on the way here. I think I went too far north.
